Icon Cloud Consulting was founded in 2011 and joined the Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) partner ecosystem in 2011. At the time, most systems integrators were treating the platform as a side practice. Icon built its entire business around it. Over 13 years, the firm has accumulated implementation depth across more than 300 deployments spanning professional services firms, SaaS companies, nonprofit organizations, and technology businesses in the US, Canada, and UK. Several members of Icon's team previously held roles at Certinia itself, which gives the firm visibility into the platform's roadmap and technical decisions. Mike Dover, Certinia's Vice President of Global Customer Success, has publicly described Icon as sharing "a deep passion for success throughout the customer journey."
What certifications do Icon Cloud Consulting's consultants hold?
Icon Cloud Consulting's team holds certifications from Certinia, Salesforce, and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Certinia certifications cover PSA, ERP, Revenue Management, and the full product suite. Salesforce certifications held by Icon staff include Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and CRM implementations. In 2026, Icon completed Certinia's inaugural AI Partner Enablement Program and received an Official AI Implementation Certification as part of the first cohort of partners trained on Certinia Veda, the firm's enterprise intelligent operations engine built on Salesforce Agentforce.
